Bluetooth Connexion Troubleshooting

If your Entralpi Force Plate is not connecting to your smartphone, please follow these steps:

1. Check Battery Level: Ensure the device is fully charged.
2. Restart Bluetooth: Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your smartphone.
3. Forget Device: If you previously paired the device through your phone’s OS settings, ‘forget’ it. The Entralpi plate should only be paired directly from within the Entralpi App.
4. Location Permissions: On Android, ensure location permissions are granted, as they are required for Bluetooth Low Energy scanning.
