Shipping Policy
We process and pack every Entralpi force plate with care from our Montreal headquarters, aiming to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification containing your tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Delivery times and shipping rates are calculated clearly at checkout based on your location. If you are ordering from outside of Canada and feel unsure about local customs duties or import taxes, don't worry—just reach out to us at contact@entralpi.com and we will gladly help you figure out the import procedures and potential taxes for your country!
Returns & exchanges
If you ever need to send your force plate back to us under our 30-day return or exchange policy, simply send an email to contact@entralpi.com and we will guide you through the process and provide you with the exact return instructions. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Because the Entralpi plate is a valuable piece of training equipment, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending it back, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive untracked packages.
