How it works
Fix a problem
- The plate does not connect The app keeps looking for your Entralpi. What to check, in order.
- The plate is lost during a session The app says "We lost your Entralpi" in the middle of a workout: what it does by itself, and what you can do.
- The weight or the force looks wrong The app weighs you before each session, and every force it shows depends on that weight. How to weigh in again, and what to check.
