Refund Policy

We want you to love your Entralpi force plate! If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your force plate must be intact, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. If your plate arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us right away so we can make things right and get a replacement sent your way without any hassle.

How to return the force plate

To start a return or exchange, simply email us at contact@entralpi.com with your proof of purchase, and return the package to our shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your plate, we will promptly issue a refund directly to your original payment method.
