Black Friday embodies over-consumption. Companies rush us into stores with inflated prices and false discounts, and it leads to buying things we don’t need, more debt, and worse behaviour. Inform yourself before buying anything, and consider joining the Buy Nothing Day movement.

We’d rather you spent the day outside. Reconnect with family and friends, take some time to look after yourself, and let the sales run without you. Climbing is how we’re spending ours.
